Bridge Furniture is a Canadian Indigenous Environmental company that transforms decommissioned logging bridges into beautiful art furniture. These logging bridges are made up of wooden beams and when they are decommissioned they are burned in open burning areas to remove liability. Open burning in BC causes at least 8% of all the GHG the province emits. Open burning also causes at least 50% of all forest fires in BC. As an environmental company we are passionate about stewarding our environment by reducing open burning in British Columbia. We do this by creating a solution and setting precedent in the forest industry to stop the unnecessary burning of these bridges.
